never criticize market movement
never condemn, complain about what's happening
and most importantly
never try to argue with the market....

if you can

step out and step aside.


but never ever criticise, condemn or complain about it

because if you do

your adrenalin will push you to argue with it

and that will result in the loss of a friend - the market.
